Foare Mushroom Farms Global LLC was founded years ago, It was registered with the cooperate affair commission as a global economy growth product. FMFG mission was to create economic empowerment and sustainability, by training and investing in local grassroots and international farmers through agri-business. We have trained serval local farmers in the cultivation and production of mushrooms; and is now the largest producer of mushrooms in Nigeria and in Central Africa to date, which continues to grow, our involvement with the local farmers helps ensure that their product is placed in the Local, Regional and Global food chain.
We pride ourselves in investing in local farmers at the grassroots level to empower women and youths. We believe in breaking the chain of poverty, through sustainable income, whilst capitalizing on profitability and market share. to improve their annual yield by training in mushroom cultivation and by providing market outlets for their produce through the Outreach Initiative.
The Mushroom Council plays an important role in the national promotion of those fresh mushrooms. The Mushroom Council is composed of fresh market producers. The mushroom program is authorized by the Mushroom Promotion, Research, and Consumer Information Act of 1990 and is administered by the Mushroom Council under the supervision of the Agricultural Marketing Service, Research and promotion programs help to expand, maintain and develop markets for individual agricultural commodities all throughout the globe. These industry programs are requested and funded by the industry groups that they serve.
We take pride in their contribution to the cultivation of producing high-quality mushrooms and also offtaking, and the income it can generate for the mushroom farmers and their families.
Where Foare Mushroom Farms Global LCC Program has been implemented, there is an emerging community of farmers that have the opportunity to be economically engaged, we can serve as financial institutions of businesses, assisting in local economic growth and development. Is an environmentally friendly agri-business that does not contribute to the degradation of the environment. All products and bi-products can be reused by local farmers; in many ways in their farming communities.
